MANET is vulnerable to most of the security threats and we proposed a combined approach which is used to detect both the black hole and worm hole attack. We also carried out black hole and worm hole attack on MANET using Ad hoc On Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol and analyzed the performance parameters like Throughput, Packet Delivery Ratio(PDR) and Normalized Routing Load (NRL). After implementation of proposed technique, we found that the parameters for Quality of Services (QoS) in MANET improved significantly as compare to conventional techniques. Keywords

The main motivation of using Error Detection and Correction Codes is efficient transmission and reception of data through channel such that as to reduce the ber (bit error rate). This technique called as channel Channel coding reduces the errors caused in the data due to the noise while transmitting through communication channel. Two important types of channel coding are there- Block coding and convolutional coding. Here in this paper we have compared the performance of hamming code, Reed Solomon code and convolution codes by using bit error rate(ber)V/s Eb/No performance using BPSK (Binary Phase Shift Keying). MATLAB R2010a Simulink is used for performing the simulations. Keywords

This paper explore the basic approaches used for of space-time coding technique. The emerging field of wireless evaluation such as Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) and Antenna diversity plays an important role in space-time code design. Spatial diversity techniques by the means of multiple transmitting and receiving antennas and the performance of MIMO systems has been discussed for different space-time coding structures such as Alamouti, OSTBC3, OSTBC4 etc. Space-time coding techniques rely on the construction of matrices and the signal is to be transmitted at different period of time from multiple of antennas. These code structures utilises the diversity schemes to improve the bit error rate and thus to achieve higher data rates without bandwidth expansion. Keywords
